What Types of Classes Do Emirates Airlines Flights Offer?
First Class
Emirates First Class is all about luxury, privacy, space and a little bit of indulgence. Depending on the aircraft, passengers can enjoy private suites, lie-flat seats, premium dining, and carefully curated entertainment. Some go even further, providing the passenger with a shower spa in the plane. Others have spacious private suites with sliding doors. The moment you sit down, you can feel the difference. For long-haul, especially overnight, flights, the extra space can make what might have been an exhausting trip into a surprisingly comfortable one.
Business Class
Emirates Airlines Business Class offers comfort with practical touches to make longer flights more manageable. On eligible routes, passengers can relax in spacious seating, savor premium meals, be entertained by the airline’s inflight system and gain access to airport lounges. Some aircraft have seats that convert into fully flat beds, an innovation in overnight travel. And there's plenty of space to work, stretch out or just switch off. The cabin makes sense for business travelers: polished enough to work, comfortable enough to forget the clock.
Premium Economy
Emirates Premium Economy is a nice middle ground between regular economy and the more premium cabins, giving you a bit of extra comfort without paying the full business class price. Depending on the aircraft and the route, the cabin features wider seats, more legroom, adjustable headrests and improved dining. It's a particularly attractive option on long-haul flights when economy seems a little cramped. It’s like letting tired legs breathe a little. For those who want a noticeable upgrade, but don’t need lie-flat beds, Premium Economy can hit the sweet spot.
Economy Class
Emirates Airlines Economy Class offers dependable comfort at fares that are still reasonably affordable. Many aircraft provide passengers with a personal screen for entertainment, free food and drinks, and seating that is more comfortable for longer flights. The experience varies depending on the aircraft and route so it is worth checking the flight details before booking. Economy is practical for international trips for families and budget conscious travelers. It might not have the frills of First or Business Class, but there’s still plenty on board to make several hours in the air bearable.

Emirates Airlines
Emirates Airlines has built a reputation that goes far beyond its home base in Dubai. As soon as a passenger begins planning a trip, the airline offers a broad network, refined service, and many options to tailor the trip to different travel needs. Going to Europe by plane? Are you going to Asia, Africa, Australia, or the Americas? Emirates connects travelers through Dubai, which can make a potentially complex itinerary relatively simple.
Then there’s the in-flight experience. Once the aircraft clears the runway, passengers can enjoy spacious cabins, entertainment options, thoughtfully designed cuisine, and attentive service. But rarely is booking a flight but booking a flight is rarely just about the seat. Rules, cabin classes, baggage allowances, seat selection, and flexible travel arrangements can also impact the final decision.
That’s where Flightsgohub comes in. Airline codes and abbreviations can be confusing, but travelers can search for Emirates flights, compare the best options, and book with confidence. Be it a business or family vacation or a long-haul adventure, Emirates has you covered. With a bit of planning, you can make a noticeable difference. Flightgohub helps travelers find the right route with more confidence from search to booking.

How Does Emirates Airlines Manage Bookings?
Plans for a trip rarely go exactly right. A meeting is rescheduled, a family commitment comes up, or the weather changes. This is where the Emirates Airlines online booking feature comes in handy. It offers an easy way for travelers to change eligible bookings instead of making a new reservation from scratch. Before making any changes, travelers can also learn through Flightsgohub how these options work.
- Get your booking details: Enter your six-character booking reference and last name, and in just a few clicks, you’ll be shown the details of eligible reservations.
- Change flights: If your plans change, you can change eligible bookings online, but fare differences or change fees may apply.
- Cancel eligible reservations: Some fares allow cancellations through the booking portal, making it a little easier to accommodate an unexpected schedule change.
- Change or reserve your seat: Choose a seat you like, or pay for extra legroom when booking ahead of your trip.
- Add baggage: Buy extra baggage in advance, rather than at the airport check-in counter in a panic.
- Enter your travel details: Before you depart, update your contact details, add advance passenger information or request eligible special meals.
- Get through check-in faster: When all looks good, complete your online check-in, receive your digital boarding pass, and go to the airport with fewer last-minute surprises.
How to Get Support from Emirates Airlines
Travel rarely goes according to plan. A little headache on an otherwise smooth journey could be a delayed flight, a sudden schedule change or one stubborn booking question. Emirates Airlines customer support can help passengers with booking, flight details, baggage issues, cancelation, changes and other travel related questions.
But check the latest flight status before you ring. Sounds obvious, doesn’t it? But that quick check can save you a surprisingly long chat, especially when airport schedules are changing hourly. Have your booking reference and passenger details handy too. Nobody wants to dig through emails when trying to solve a travel issue.

What is Emirates Airlines Flights' Child Policy?
Carrying children can transform a simple flight into a logistical jigsaw puzzle, but Emirates has a pretty straightforward child policy. Children under two years of age are normally carried on a parent’s lap with an infant seat-belt extension, but parents can buy a separate seat if they have an approved child restraint device. But from the age of two, a child must have a seat of their own and pay a child fare. Emirates offers discounted child fares (for children 2 to 11 years of age when accompanied by an adult). Children under 13 will also sit next to an accompanying adult; however, exact seating is subject to availability and operational needs.
Going alone? That also works, but there are more rules. The Emirates’ Unaccompanied Minors service is available for children aged 5 to 11 years and, on request, for passengers aged 12 to 15 years for an additional fee. Children aged 5-11 years traveling alone must generally be traveling on an adult fare. There are family-friendly touches, too, such as kids’ meals, entertainment, bassinets for eligible infants, and complimentary strollers at Dubai Terminal 3. Small details, maybe, but they can make a long journey much more pleasant.
Pregnant When Flying
Emirates allows you to fly while pregnant, but the rules become more specific as the pregnancy progresses. In general, passengers may book and travel without a medical certificate until the end of the 28th week. From the 29th week, a certificate signed by a doctor or midwife is needed. The certificate allows travel for one pregnancy only, until the end of the 36th week; travel is not allowed on or after the 37th week. For multiple pregnancies, the window of opportunity for travel is shorter, until the 32nd week. Complicated pregnancies require a MEDIF for medical clearance. Before you leave, check the latest requirements, especially for international journeys.
Infant Policy
Children under two years of age may fly with Emirates either on a parent’s lap with an infant seatbelt extension or in their own seat if an approved child restraint device is used. This option is also available for infants traveling in a bassinet, but bassinets are limited and subject to availability. One small point that parents sometimes forget. In general, babies under seven days old are not accepted unless the journey is for emergency medical reasons or the mother is traveling for compassionate reasons. Two infants traveling with one adult must be in a separate seat with an approved restraint system. So it’s worth planning the seating arrangement before you get to the airport to avoid plenty of last-minute hassle.
Child Fare
Emirates has different fares for infants and children, based on age and seating needs. Normally, infants under two years of age traveling without their own seat are issued a discounted fare based on the applicable adult fare. Children over two years of age are required to have a separate seat on the aircraft and travel on the applicable child fare. Emirates currently considers children accompanied by an adult aged 2-11 eligible for a child discount. The exact fare depends on the itinerary and the cabin. There’s a wrinkle when travel goes over a child’s second birthday: The rest of the trip might have to be repriced as a child fare. For unusual age situations, it is better to contact Emirates directly.
Child Seating Policy
Emirates has a family-friendly approach to seating, but families should not expect to be automatically allocated every preferred seat. Currently, Emirates' policy is to ensure that children under 13 traveling with a traveling adult will always be seated with the accompanying adult. Families traveling with infants can reserve bassinet seats; babies occupying their own seats must use an approved child restraint device. Some advance seat selections also offer savings: Children traveling with adults get 50% off regular and preferred seat-selection fees before online check-in opens. For safety reasons, you cannot select children for seats with extra legroom. Some planning can make boarding much less frantic.
Child Meal Policy
Emirates keeps mealtimes pretty simple for families, with specific food options for younger travelers. Special kids’ meals can be requested for children between the ages of 2 and 12, while babies can enjoy specially prepared baby food, including Ella’s Kitchen options, on applicable flights. Parents can select suitable meal choices at the time of booking or add dietary requirements later via Manage Your Booking. Baby formula, bottles and warmers are also available on board, and cabin crew can assist in warming bottles or baby food brought from home. That can be a huge relief on a long flight, especially when a hungry toddler suddenly finds the regular menu to be absolutely unacceptable. The meal service may vary depending on the aircraft and route, so it is advisable to check your booking in advance.
